Please come to the Garrett Park Town Office located at Penn Place, 4600 Waverly Avenue, 3rd Floor to say hello and introduce yourself to Barbara Matthews, Town Manager, Kayla Buker, Assistant Town Manager and Elizabeth Henley, Administrative and Constituent Services Coordinator and Town Hall Manager. They are here to help you with questions and concerns about our Town. Be sure to give them your contact information: post office box number, street address, email, fax and phone numbers so they know how to reach you. The Town Office is open M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM. Elections 
Remember to notify the Board of Elections of your new address so you may vote at the Town polls and in Town elections. We
have Maryland Voter Registration Applications in English and
in Spanish in the Town Office,(4600 Waverly Ave., 3rd Floor), which include a place for change of address.
Our community pool was built in 1954. Memberships are available for the Memorial Day through Labor Day season.
Swim teams, swimming lessons, baby pools, adult after hours swim and social events are some of the attractions. For more information, email gpspmembership@gmail.com, or visit the pool website.
There is no residential mail delivery in Town. Mail and some packages are delivered to the Garrett Park Post Office, located on the lower level at Penn Place (4600 Waverly Avenue). New residents can apply for a PO Box online.
The USPS maintains window hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to Noon, and it is closed on Sunday. The PO Lobby is open for mail pickup from 6am to 11pm daily. The Post Office telephone is 301-933-2580.
